How your information is processed
Our contact form is delivered by email through Resend, a third-party email service provider, which processes your submission in order to transmit it to us and to send you a confirmation. Resend handles your data in accordance with its own privacy and security practices.
Our website is hosted on Vercel. Standard server logs and privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics may be collected to keep the site secure and understand overall usage; these do not identify you personally.
We do not sell your data
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We share it only as needed to respond to you (for example, with a professional we refer you to, and only with your awareness), or where required by law.
Data retention
We retain inquiry information for as long as needed to assist you and to keep reasonable business records, after which it is deleted or anonymized. You may ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you've shared with us by emailing propertiesrho@gmail.com. You can also decline to provide information, though this may limit our ability to help.
